Your cliff jumping trip starts with a brief trek into a beautiful gorge. After a short paddle or swim, you head to a natural rock chute for your first bit of fun. This huge slab of rock is made wet to ensure you have a fantastic slide!
Then its off to take part in your first lesson in cliff jumping where you will be taught the correct techniques for launching and entering the water safely. Believe it or not there are tried and tested techniques which have now been taken on as part of the new guidelines and regulations for cliff jumping around the UK.
Your instructors will watch how you jump, and if they feel that your technique is good enough, they will take you to the next level of jumping. The first jumps are about 1 metre above the water with the biggest jump being around 20 metres! How extreme do you want to go?
