After a safety briefing you will have a go at rafting, riverboarding and white water tubing (like rafting but with inflatable tubes!). Then an experienced instructor will put you through a practical test of white water rescue teaching you how to turn, paddle and stop in the eddy.
After that its time for a head-to-head challenge as you race down the course in your rafts.
Price includes full instruction, equipment hire and a light lunch with some free beers.
