Dorest is a beautiful part of the country and where better to have your stag weekend or hen weekend than this deliciously quaint, breathetaking resort. Dorset's 75-mile-long coastline is full of unusual coastal scenery - a rocky peninsula called Portland Bill extends south into the channel and is connected to the mainland by a long pebble ridge known as Chesil Bank. The Isle of Purbeck is not actually an island, but a promontory of low hills and heathland that juts out below Poole Harbour, giving it the appearance of an island.
Even though this is a small town, the population is just over 700,00 including Bournemouth and Poole, the list of things to do are endless. Situated on the coast, the opportunity to get wet and wild in the sea is almost too good to pass up on. Whatever floats your boat, Dorset has it all going on from wind surfing, jet skiing, kayaking, rib chartering, surfing and even scub diving for the more adventurous stag or hen weekend traveller.
If you would like an action-packed, adrenaline-fuelled multiactivity day on dry land, head to the countryside where you can combine motorised activities (such as blindfold driving, 4x4 driving and quad bikes), field sports (such as clay shooting, archery and laser clays) and classic and original teambuilding challenges. For the ladies who would prefer a more relaxing experience, Dorset has some lovely spas and pampering venues for you to put your feet up and soothe the weekend away in the most relaxing fashion possible.
Dorset evenings are just as fun packed and enjoyable with a whole selection of night time activites to choose from including some of the best nightclubs in Bournemouth, comedy clubs, lap-dancing clubs, with plenty of bars and restaurants to get you started on your night on the town.
